∙	Facilities and amenities included are CCTV, 24-hours security, free club membership, public phone booth, wireless Internet.
∙	Each room is furnished with mattress, study table and chair, cupboard and curtain.
∙	Each floor is furnished with sofa, dining table, television, fridge, gas stove, coined-operated washing machine, kitchen, bathroom, house keeping & other electrical appliances at the common area.
∙	Room availability is on first-come-first-served basis. If your choice of accommodation is not available, we will assist you in providing a suitable alternative accommodation.

∙	Students are required to make the following payments:
	a.	two-month rent as deposit (refundable),
	b.	five-month rent in advance (non-refundable)
∙	Termination of Accommodation Contract
	a.	In the event that the student wishes to terminate his/her tenancy agreement prior to the expiry of the 5-month tenancy agreement will result in a forfeit of both the rental and the deposits paid will be forfeited.
	b.	If the student wishes to terminate the tenancy agreement after completing the five-month stay, he/she must give the International Student Centre a written notice at least 1 month in advance.
